This model almost immediately became a valued friend and “art buddy”. She is interested in drawing as well and if I had seen her sketches before I began working with her, I would have been very intimidated! She has a wonderful talent of her own.

She is inspirational as a model, though, and kind and intelligent as a critic, so I feel completely comfortable working with her, which I am sure has contributed to the fact that I’ve done many of my best sketches with her.

I often attempt new ideas with her first, and I hope to continue drawing her for a long time to come.
