My 2019 Trip to Bali

2 Days solo

I was on a business trip alone for two weeks in Malaysia. My plan to just relax over the weekend was highjacked when Anna/Poppy informed me that she had purchased a flight and booked a hotel for me in Bali, as well as provided an itinerary of places to visit. An offer I could not refuse.

I arrived late on Friday and there were almost no lights in the hotel courtyard as the hotel staff led me to my room. When I woke the next morning, I took a video to capture my first view of the hotel grounds.

I rented a scooter and did my best to visit every location on her list. This was probably not what she had in mind, but I’m not one to lay on a beach or sit in the cafe for the day.

I did not have my real camera with me, so these pictures are all taken with my iPhone or iPad. No journal entries.
